Phase 5 of developing our Leopards Hill housing estate.

We are proud to announce completion of our first residential housing estate, LUMA. With a vast amount of experience gained along the way, the team is looking forward to breaking ground on their next project towards the end of Q2 2026. More to come regarding projects in the pipeline soon.

With the project nearing total completion, the team looks to stage all units for future tenants showcasing the flexibility gained with open-floor plan living spaces. We are excited to have all finishing touches in place and mark LUMA as RDL's first completed residential housing estate.

Phase 4 of developing our Leopards Hill housing estate.

As the granite and cupboards are installed across all 10 homes, the team looks to simultaneously complete designing of all wardrobe units for the guest and master bedrooms. With the goal of total project completion in Q2 of 2026, general appliances installation as well as furniture staging is the next focus.

Installation of all windows, doors, and kitchen units have been completed across all 10 homes. As the team looks to refine the outdoor terraces and ceilings, they have also finished all paintwork and tiling. Our focus shifts towards finishings and kitchen installations as we head into Q1 of 2026.

With roof and ceiling works complete as well as the rainy season being in full swing, the team seeks to begin tiling and simulatenous paintwork across the homes in the estate. Our goal is to have all 10 units painted and tiled by the end of the year, with window, door, and kitchen installation to be completed shortly thereafter.

With perimiter lighting complete, the team now shifts their focus to installation of all exterior and interior lighting for the individual homes as designed. More exciting updates to follow in the coming weeks.

As the team nears completion of all work pertaining to roofing, electrical, and plumbing across the estate, we have begun preparations for installation of windows, doors, kitchen units, and tiles. Exciting updates to follow as we push towards the end of Q4 2025.

With masonry works completed across all 10 homes, the team is looking to undergo roof installation, with the goal of completing electrical and plumbing works simultaneously as feasible. Our aim is to undergo these works in Q4 of 2025 to complete greyscale construction ahead of the new year.

With significant progress achieved regarding structural work, the team is looking to complete all electrical, plumbing, and roofing tasks across the 10 homes prior to seasonal rains. We are excited to shift towards phase 4 of development, and aim to complete greyscale construction in Q4 of 2025.

With foundational landscaping complete, blockwork is underway at the site with the team working to complete structural work for all 10 homes in the estate. The project aims to develop 5 three-bedroom units and 5 two-bedroom units, with the goal of greyscale completion to be achieved towards the end of Q2 2025.

With foundational landscaping underway to level the terrain and pave way for the driveway, the team is also completing blockwork for the perimiter wall fence. General site plans have been established and the team is looking forward to beginning construction.
